At WNTD Cards, we handle collectible products with extreme care and attention. Due to the nature of the collector market, certain products are subject to specific return and refund conditions.

By placing an order on WNTD Cards, you agree to the following Refund Policy.


Eligible Returns — European Union Customers

Customers located within the European Union may request a return within 14 days of receiving eligible products, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must remain unused and unopened

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided by our support team depending on the product and shipping region.


Non-Refundable Products

The following products and transactions are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund:

  • Opened sealed products

  • Mystery boxes

  • Preorders

  • Whatnot claims

  • Live auction purchases

  • Limited allocation drops

  • Digitally delivered products or services

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Orders refused by customs authorities


Preorders

All preorder sales are final.

Preorder products are allocated specifically for each customer upon purchase. Because of this, cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Release dates, allocations, and delivery windows may occasionally change due to suppliers, distributors, customs delays, or logistics partners.


Mystery Boxes

All mystery box sales are final.

By purchasing a mystery product, customers acknowledge that contents are randomized and curated by WNTD Cards. Individual outcomes, market values, or pull results do not constitute valid reasons for refunds or disputes.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.

To process a claim, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the product

  • Shipping label images

  • Proof of damage

WNTD Cards reserves the right to investigate all claims before issuing any replacement, refund, or compensation.


Lost Packages

All shipments include tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, WNTD Cards cannot guarantee reimbursement unless an official carrier investigation confirms a delivery issue.


Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of refund systems will be investigated thoroughly.

WNTD Cards reserves the right to:

  • Deny future purchases

  • Share evidence with payment processors

  • Report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities

Order records, tracking information, delivery confirmations, IP logs, and communication history may be used as evidence in disputes.


Collector Market Disclaimer

Trading card markets are highly volatile.

WNTD Cards does not guarantee future market prices, grading outcomes, PSA/BGS populations, investment performance, or resale value of any product sold on the platform.

Purchases are made at the customer’s own discretion.


Return Addresses

Return addresses may vary depending on the product category and shipping region.

Customers must contact WNTD Cards before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
